🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

To initiate a return, please contact us at petnology100@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
